By placing an order with TrendWaves, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to review these Terms before completing your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights available to you under applicable UK consumer law.

All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that product.
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If we are unable to fulfil an item you have ordered, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel the affected item and refund any amount you paid for it.
5. Third-Party Fulfilment
TrendWaves works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to process and deliver some orders.

Regardless of which fulfilment partner dispatches your order, your purchase is made from TrendWaves and TrendWaves remains responsible for dealing with you as our customer in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customers should contact TrendWaves regarding order issues rather than contacting our suppliers directly.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the TrendWaves website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.
Where applicable, taxes will be handled in accordance with UK law.
7. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that our prices are accurate.
However, errors can occasionally occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting or dispatching your order, we may contact you to explain the issue.
You may then be given the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
We will not deliberately use misleading pricing practices.
8. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken for the affected products.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers used by TrendWaves and Shopify.
TrendWaves does not necessarily receive or store your full card details.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact TrendWaves as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request.
However, some orders are transferred to fulfilment partners shortly after being placed and therefore we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing has begun.
If an order has already been dispatched, your statutory cancellation and return rights may still apply.
12. Delivery
Delivery estimates will be provided on our website, product pages, checkout or other relevant delivery information.
Delivery times are estimates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels where products are fulfilled from different locations.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
TrendWaves remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier in circumstances permitted by law.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate.

13. Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, customs delays or other unexpected events.
If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods are not affected.
14. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods generally passes to you when you or a person nominated by you takes physical possession of the goods.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered, where applicable.
15. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most eligible products purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to change their mind.
You normally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell TrendWaves that you wish to cancel your purchase.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the eligible goods within the period required by applicable consumer law. For change of mind/cancellation returns the product MUST contain all of it’s original packaging, item/s and original delivery state with no damage. You must not use any item/s you wish to return. Any Items purchased from TrendWaves can not be returned or refunded in used condition.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised, perishable or sealed hygiene products where the applicable legal conditions are met.

16. Returns
Please contact TrendWaves before returning an item.
For change of mind/cancellation returns the product MUST contain its original packaging, items and general state with no damage. You must not use any item/s you wish to return. Any Items purchased from TrendWaves can not be returned or refunded in used condition.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Where applicable, TrendWaves may provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.
Where we provide a prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, the direct cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund. We will tell you the relevant return cost before the label is issued.
You should not automatically return products to the sender address shown on the original parcel, as this may belong to a fulfilment or delivery partner and may not be our authorised returns location.

17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Goods supplied by TrendWaves must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, broken or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
For visible damage that occurred before or during delivery, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery wherever reasonably possible so that we can investigate the issue promptly. To do so please contact us via our email (that you’ll access in your order confirmation email).

Where an item is confirmed as damaged on arrival, we will not normally require you to return the damaged item before issuing an appropriate refund or other remedy.
The request to report delivery damage within 48 hours does not remove or restrict your statutory rights.
If you discover a fault after this period, please still contact us.
18. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Unless another method is agreed or legally permitted, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
When a refund is issued, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider or payment service.
TrendWaves cannot control processing times imposed by financial institutions after a refund has been submitted.
19. Personalised Products
Some TrendWaves products may allow personalisation or customisation.
You are responsible for checking any personalised information you submit, including names, dates, wording, images or other details.
Once production of a personalised product has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
Clearly personalised or made-to-specification goods may be excluded from the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to our error or materially different from what you ordered.
20. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms stated with the promotion.

Nothing in this section allows us to remove a promotion after it has already become part of an accepted contract unless permitted by law.
21. Gift Cards
If TrendWaves offers gift cards, any specific terms relating to their validity and use will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
22. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to TrendWaves, you confirm that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
We will not knowingly publish fake customer reviews or deliberately misrepresent customer feedback.
We may remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, contains personal information or infringes another person’s rights.
23. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the TrendWaves name, website content, branding, graphics, written material and other original website content belong to TrendWaves or are used with appropriate permission.
You may access the website for your personal use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected TrendWaves content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to keep the TrendWaves website available and functioning correctly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons.
This does not affect any existing customer rights relating to orders already placed.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
TrendWaves is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.
Products sold to consumers are intended primarily for private and domestic use unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
27. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits.
Examples may include severe weather, widespread courier disruption, natural disasters, major infrastructure failures or government restrictions.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Where TrendWaves is established in Scotland, these Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you based on where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any rights they have to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
